Shipping, Return, cancelation & refund policy

Thank you for your purchase at our website . We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange.

Returns & Exchange:

Our returns & exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on our website for any reason within the specified return/exchange period. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

  a. Returns

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 15 calendar days from the date of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect whether the product seal is intact and then process your refund.

If the product seal is open/damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund/return.

In cases of damaged product, the product will be reshipped to you at the original address provided at placement of order & thus the refund process will stand cancelled.

  b. Exchange

If you choose to exchange the product with another product from our product range, you will also be provided with that option at following terms:


You will be eligible for an exchange within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.Also, In order to be product to be eligible for the exchange, the product should be in undamaged & unused condition i.e., the seal of the product should not be broken / unsealed.

Shipment for Return & Exchanges:

The product must be shipped by the customer to the address as mentioned on invoice provided to you at the time of Original Purchase from a post office / Courier nearest to your availability. The shipping charges for the return will be undertaken by the customer only.

We are not responsible for any damages during its shipping from your side. Thus, for safe return of the package we recommend you to post through a recognised & good courier agent,

In case of an exchange, the products wished to be exchanged for will be dispatched only after receiving the original product.


We shall reserve the right to restrict return / exchange of the items purchased on our website, if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in our sole discretion.

Cancellation Policy:

The order placed at our website, can only be cancelled if the order status is in packed mode. Once the order is shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order placed on the website.

Once you initiate the cancellation of your order. We will process your refund.

Refund Policy:

For Returns & Cancellation:

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

For Exchange:

Net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount) to purchase original item will be considered to calculate difference in amount of original and exchanged item which will be payable by you or refundable by us as the case may be, for an exchange.

If it’s refundable by us, the refund amount will be initiated to your original mode of payment.
